📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and mission.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with managers to understand business needs and translate them into HR initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR development.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
