🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and system management, with a proven track record in driving operational excellence.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
