🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Proficient in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft System Center.
