As an eKYC Executive, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure that our digital identity verification and credit assessment processes meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for conducting thorough testing and validation of our systems, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring that our solutions are user-friendly and effective.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for digital identity verification and credit assessment processes.
• Optimize operational workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure seamless integration of digital identity solutions with existing systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to meet project requirements.
• Develop and implement best practices for digital identity verification and credit assessment.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of digital identity solutions.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital identity verification, credit assessment, or a related field.
• Proficient in using digital identity verification tools such as Jumio, Onfido, or Sum&Substance.
• Familiarity with credit assessment software such as LexisNexis or Equifax.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations, including GDPR and PIPEDA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in digital identity verification or credit assessment is a plus.
