📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and organize ingredients for cooking, ensuring they are stored properly and used efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including cleaning equipment and surfaces
• Assist the head chef in preparing meals, following recipes and safety guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and restock items as needed
• Handle food waste responsibly and dispose of it according to health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and meet service standards
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling of food and equipment
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or food service environment
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including ovens, stoves, and food processors
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations in Bali
• Valid food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one
