📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and engage with customers at construction sites, showrooms, and retail outlets to promote and sell our ceramic and building materials products.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers to ensure they make informed purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.
• Assist in the organization and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the sales team on customer interactions and market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or a related field in the ceramic or building materials industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
