📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure.
• Conduct repairs and replacements of damaged or malfunctioning equipment and systems.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Work with the team to plan and execute major maintenance projects.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Provide technical support to other departments as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in facilities and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities and maintenance, preferably in a similar role.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as IBM Maximo or SAP PM.
• Valid certification in facilities and maintenance, such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
