📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with company goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management systems and software,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to adapt to changing training needs and priorities
