In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to ensure they are successful in their roles.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Report on the progress and outcomes of training programs to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and learning technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Experience in conducting training sessions in English is a plus.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management systems is a plus.
