📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement store plans to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.,Monitor store inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with the regional and national management teams to achieve company goals.,Analyze sales data and provide insights to drive decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in training and developing staff is a plus.
