📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.,Design, implement, and maintain automated systems and equipment.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve process issues.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in manufacturing and automation.,Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to meet project milestones.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or automation industry.,Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation systems, and control technologies.,Proficient in using CAD/CAM software and PLC programming.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
