📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct regular follow-ups and negotiations to close deals and secure contracts.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to address client needs and concerns.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and customer preferences.,Valid SIM (Salesman Identification Number) and good credit history.
