📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage a team of staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support personnel, to ensure that they are performing at their best and that they are properly trained and motivated.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are being followed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and to increase sales and revenue.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Work with the company's leadership team to develop and implement business strategies and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,A strong understanding of the restaurant industry and the ability to manage all aspects of the business, including food and beverage, staffing, and marketing.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,A passion for food and a commitment to providing excellent service and culinary experiences to customers.,A valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
