We are seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maritime operations and a passion for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vessels. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage operations from Ubud, Bali, while overseeing our fleet across Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all maritime operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Plan and coordinate voyages, considering factors such as weather, fuel efficiency, and cargo requirements.,Maintain and inspect vessels to ensure they are in optimal working condition.,Manage and mentor the crew, fostering a safe and productive work environment.,Communicate effectively with shore-based teams and stakeholders.,Handle administrative tasks related to vessel operations and documentation.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.,Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's License and other relevant maritime certifications.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and safety procedures.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with remote management and team coordination.,Familiarity with maritime software and navigation tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
