📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of mechanical engineers in the design and development of mechanical systems and components.,Oversee the production and testing of mechanical systems and components to ensure they meet quality standards.,Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure the integration of mechanical systems with other components of the product.,Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and manuals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve the design and development process.,Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.,Participate in project planning and estimation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the design and development of mechanical systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and practices.,Experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor.,Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA) software, such as ANSYS or ABAQUS.,Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
