📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies.,Analyze client data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.,Manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.,Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess progress and address any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing key client accounts.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
