📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.,Supervise and train junior staff to ensure they understand and follow food safety procedures.,Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the correct temperature and served at the right time.,Keep up-to-date with current food trends and techniques to ensure that the menu is fresh and exciting.,Work with the kitchen manager to plan and organize the kitchen schedule.,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
