📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations,Manage and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance and morale,Develop and maintain operational budgets and financial reports,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes, procedures, and best practices,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus
