PT Terang Bhakti is looking for a Deputy Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and maintain customer relationships to build brand loyalty.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Provide sales training and support to retail staff.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.,Participate in sales promotions and special events to boost sales.,Assist in the development of sales reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or sales consulting.,Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and sales management software.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
