📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.

• Collaborate with sales and credit teams to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our target market.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential borrowers through effective communication and negotiation.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in credit marketing.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the credit marketing department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit marketing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of credit assessment and risk management principles.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with banking and financial services industry is a plus.
