📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the store.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to optimize profitability.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Represent the company at events and promotions to enhance brand visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
