📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates,Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS),Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies,Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of candidates,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
