📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, including logos, color schemes, and typography.,Create high-quality graphic designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions for promotional campaigns.,Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet the company's quality standards.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve your skills and the team's output.,Mentor and guide junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.,Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions to design challenges.,Manage and organize design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.,Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Creative problem-solving skills to tackle design challenges and find innovative solutions.,Experience in developing and maintaining brand identities for various industries.
