As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring our products meet the needs of our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retail stores, supermarkets, and other distribution channels.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and use this information to develop and promote our products.,Manage the inventory and ensure that products are stocked according to sales forecasts and customer demand.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our retail partners, including training and product demonstrations.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are available and well-stocked in our retail partners' stores.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, sales consulting, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends, customer behavior, and market analysis.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
