📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system.,Provide feedback to candidates regarding their application status.,Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
