As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain procurement strategies to meet the company's needs.,Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships.,Monitor and control procurement spend to ensure cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Manage contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Conduct supplier evaluations and audits.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports and forecasts.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
