📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing cashiering operations including billing, payments, and refunds.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
  • Monitoring cash and bank deposits, and ensuring accurate records.
  • Assisting in inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Training and supervising junior cashiers.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing and coding systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using computer and office software.
