In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts and permissions, and ensuring the security and compliance of our IT environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Implement and integrate new IT solutions into the existing infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring security and compliance.
• Provide technical support to end-users, both in-person and remotely.
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery tests to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve and optimize IT processes and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Proficient in using IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft System Center.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the IT team and end-users.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
