📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on ATM machines to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Conduct first-line troubleshooting and repairs on ATMs, using tools such as ATM maintenance software and diagnostic tools.
• Monitor ATM transactions and resolve any issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the Kejar team to implement and update ATM maintenance protocols and procedures.
• Document all maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for ATM maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ATM technician or in a related field.
• Proven track record of performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on ATM machines.
• Familiarity with ATM maintenance software, such as Diebold, NCR, or Wincor.
• Knowledge of ATM security protocols and best practices.
